PPSU polyphenylene sulfone is a novel thermoplastic engineering plastic. It is a linear polymer compound with a sulfone group and an aromatic nucleus in the molecular main chain and a non-crystalline, slightly amber color. In addition to strong polar solvents, concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid, and halocarbons, DM, PPSU is stable to general acids, bases, salts, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, etc., but partially soluble in ester ketones. PPSU has good rigidity and toughness, excellent temperature resistance, heat oxidation resistance, excellent creep resistance, ion radiation resistance, non-toxicity, good insulation and self-extinguishing properties, and easy molding.
